Our approach
Why
Communication is a strategic function that helps organizations and the public sector create value. Like any strategic function, you won’t tap its potential if you don’t start with the goal. If you don’t know why you communicate, you don’t know which impact you’re looking to have. Start with your goal. That’s our perspective.
How
How to get to your goal? That’s the strategy. That’s the second phase of our methodology. We apply an integrated approach so that your communications remain effective throughout your organization. We connect the dots so you can communicate consistently and inspire trust whether you engage with your employees, your customers, your investors or other parties.
What
Once you know your north star and the road to get there, you will be positioned to take the right steps. Your tactics and activities will be designed to create value. Who said communications are a cost centre?
Performance
“Effective communication is the foundation of high-performing organizations.”
Todd Rogers, Weatherhead Professor of Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School & Charles Dorison, assistant professor of management at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business
Trust
“For those ready to lead with honesty and purpose, this is more than a messaging challenge. It’s a strategic opportunity to deepen trust and loyalty.”
Leger research: Canadian Finance’s Split-Screen: Curiosity, Concern & Financial Institutions’ Role in Easing Skepticism
Connection
“When companies take a strategic approach to communication, communication becomes integral to the formulation and implementation of strategy.”
Paul A. Argenti, MIT Sloan Management Review
